I was determined to not give up, and now in hindsight, I realize that I did 3 main things, which in this article are known as the 3 tips on how to look beautiful: 1.
Diet I learned to eat fruits and vegetables.
You can practically eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want.
The more of them you eat, the better you will look, and as a bonus you'll lose a lot of weight.
I literally melted 20 pounds off of my body, and I was already in pretty good shape, but eating more natural helped me shave off those few extra pounds.

Exercise I didn't like exercising at all, and all the anti aging resources were telling me that exercise helps the blood flow in your body, which in turn makes your skin look healthy.
I finally learned how to get the exercise in, I found martial arts.
It's weird, but I really like martial arts, and the secret to exercising every single day is finding something that you love.
