Operation

• If your Air Hog helicopter main rotor will not turn, it may be because the ON/OFF switch, either on the helicopter or on the remote control, is set to the OFF position. If so, merely turn it on. If this is not the problem, you may have a weak battery. You can recharge the helicopter battery using the charging port. If this does not solve the issue, check the batteries in the controller as they may no longer be working.
  
  

Stopping, Dropping and Cruising

• If your helicopter suddenly stops or drops while in the middle of flying, you probably have weak power. Recharge the helicopter and/or check the batteries in the controller. If the helicopter is cruising, but will not fly, chances are the flight mode is not activated. To solve this, you should push the Transition Buttons on the controller/charger while cruising on the ground to activate the flight mode. If the problem is being caused by weak power, once again recharge the helicopter and/or check and replace the batteries in the controller.
  
  

Controller and Crashing

• If the helicopter will not react at all, to the controller, make sure your helicopter is turned on. If this is not the problem, check and charge any necessary batteries, in both the helicopter and the controller. Also make sure that the IR Diode of the controller/charger is not blocked, causing the IR signal to not work. Make sure you have the controller pointed at the helicopter when trying to operate. If you crash your helicopter, you will most likely need to turn the ON/OFF button to the ON position again to restart the device. Also, operating the helicopter in direct bright light can affect the control system.
