How to Log In to a BlackBerry
- 1). Roll the trackball to highlight and select "Options." Scroll the trackball down to select "Security Options."
- 2). Highlight and select "General Settings." Scroll down and highlight the "Password" field. Click "Enabled" and choose "Change Password."
- 3). Create a password and type it in the "Password" field. Press the back arrow button to save the changes.
- 4). Scroll the trackball down to highlight and select the "Content Compression" field. Choose "Enabled." Highlight the "Content Protection" field and choose "Enabled."
- 5). Press the back arrow key to save the changes. Turn the BlackBerry off by pressing and holding the "End Call" key. Turn the BlackBerry on by pressing and holding the "End Call" key.
- 6). Press the trackball in and click "Unlock." Type the newly created password in the "Password" field. Press the trackball in to log in the BlackBerry.
