How to Download Apps to an Evo SD Card
- 1). Press the "Home" button with the image of a house on it.
- 2). Open the "Android Market" by tapping the "Applications" button in the lower-left corner of the display and then tapping "Market."
- 3). Search for the app by tapping the "Search" icon with the image of a magnifying glass on it.
- 4). Tap the app itself to see information about it. You can also access the user reviews about the app by scrolling down.
- 5). Tap "Install" if the app is free or "Buy" to begin paying for it; then tap "OK" to accept the permissions for the app. The "Install" or "Buy" button is at the top of the app section.
- 6). Wait for the download to complete and for the app to install. A notice appears for both of these actions in the notification bar at the top of the Evo's screen.
- 1). Press the "Home" button again.
- 2). Press the "menu" button.
- 3). Tap "Settings," "Applications" and "Manage applications."
- 4). Tap on the "Downloaded" tab at the top of the screen if it's not selected already.
- 5). Tap on the app you just downloaded in the alphabetized list.
- 6). Tap the "Move to SD card" button to put the downloaded app on the Evo's microSD card.
