today.
Don't wait until you have lost the weight, or achieved a million dollars, or whatever.
BE and act like the kind of person you want to become now.
Essentially you must visualize yourself BEing the type of person you want to become.
This is something you have to feel in your gut, so to speak.
You may have heard the phrase "fake it 'til you make it.
" Well, I would not necessarily agree with that statement on all levels, but essentially it is true.
The exception is you are not going to "fake it," but you are really going to BE the person you want to become.
DO: Once you have the feeling of BEing, next you must DO the things that a successful person would do.
You must take the actions and do the activities that the person you want to BE DOES.
For example, a healthy, fit person does not wolf down 4 large slices of pizza with a 6-pack at night.
A healthy, fit person may have a light dinner, do some exercises, and finish the day with some quality family time.
When you DO the activities of the person you want to BE, you are destined to achieve your goals.

DO the things that they would do.
And you will HAVE what you want to achieve.
It must be in that order.
You cannot wait until you HAVE a million dollars to BE and DO the things that a millionaire does.
Visualize and BE and DO now.
Don't wait for "someday" to happen.
