103 9
Do you wish you could get rid of your tummy flab, but don't know how to begin? You're not alone.
Many people wish they could get a flat stomach in days, but just don't think that it's possible.
Don't give up.
Following a few simple guidelines, you really can achieve your dream of a flat stomach quickly, easily, and safely.
Following the plan below, you can achieve a flat stomach in under 30 days.
There are three steps to getting a flat stomach in days: 1.
Cut out the fat; 2.
Develop a cardiovascular routine; 3.
Drink enough water! What many people don't understand is that sit-ups alone won't get you a flat stomach now, if ever.
Sit-ups will help tone a loose stomach, but if you really have belly flab, your first step needs to be losing that weight.
Do you know what you had for breakfast this morning.
If you're like most people, it was probably a doughnut, an Egg McMuffin, or even nothing at all.
In that case you need to seriously examine your diet.
Making a diet plan isn't hard, but sometimes sticking to it is.
Remember, cheating on your diet is cheating on yourself.
If your serious about wanting to have a flat stomach, you need to be serious about your diet.
Start by eating frequent, small meals.
You should be eating between 4-6 times per day.
Make sure to make each and every meal balanced.
Balanced means including a generous amount of whole grains, healthy proteins, and a small amount of fat from a healthy source (such as olive oil).
Things to eat: beans (protein); tofu (protein); lean meats (protein); brown rice (carb); wheat bread (carb); vegetables (carb and vitamins); fruits (carb and vitamins).
Whole grains are the most important part of the dietary equation.
Avoid over-processed carbs like white bread - they just add empty calories with no nutrients.
Things to avoid: soda; beer; candy; excessive fat; fried foods.
Got the diet down? The next step on the road to a flatter stomach is exercise.
Begin a cardiovascular workout plan.
Experts recommend running, swimming, pilates, or yoga, but if none of those sound like your cup of tea, just go for a walk.
Exercise at least three hours a week.
Remember that to achieve a flatter stomach sooner, you must work hard, but don't over do it.
An hour at a time is enough.
Otherwise, you run the risk of becoming over-fatigued or even injuring yourself.
When you feel the need to snack, do it right after your workout.
Your metabolism will be working overtime and you will burn fat much quicker than normal.
You've made a great start, and you are well on your way to having a beautiful, toned, flat stomach.
Don't become discouraged.
Keep working at it and soon you will see the results looking out from your mirror.
