If you do have a blood sugar range that runs below the low point of 70 then you have low blood sugar which is commonly referred to as hypoglycemia.
If you have high blood sugar levels that exceed 150 then you have what is commonly referred to hyperglycemia.
So, the range is generally accepted to be 70 to 150.
If you have these high or low sugar levels then there are some things that you can do to help keep your levels stable, here they are: You should eat small meals that include a fat, carb and a protein.
You need to eat a balanced meal when you do eat but make sure that you choose your carbs carefully.
There are simple carbs and complex carbs and which one you eat will influence how quickly you blood sugar levels spike or do not spike.

I have also found that a good recipe and the right spices can make an otherwise bland meal very satisfying and take care of our sugar levels at the same time.
You should eat meals on a frequent basis.
If you go a long time without eating then you may go through blood sugar problems and experience such symptoms as shakiness, irritability and headaches.
Ideally, you should eat a balanced meal every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day.
Usually, that will translate into about 6 meals a day.
This is not only a good way to eat for people that have blood sugar problems but also for any other person as it allows your system to regulate properly and also helps with metabolism.
Plan ahead.
Make sure you drink 10 - 12 ounces of water a day.
This works to keep you staying full through the day and it also helps to flush your system.
Be sure to get regular cardiovascular exercise as this will help you to keep in shape which helps with your blood sugar range as well.
