How to Sync My iPod Calendar With Outlook
- 1). Plug the USB cable into your Mac or PC's USB port and plug the remaining end of the cable into the iPod's dock on the bottom of the iPod.
- 2). Click "Go" on the menu bar of your Macintosh's desktop, click "Applications" and double-click the "iTunes" icon. Or, click "Start" on your PC's desktop, click "All Programs" and "iTunes."
- 3). Click "iPod" or the name of your iPod and click the "Contacts" tab.
- 4). Click the "Sync calendars from Microsoft Outlook" box, and select "All calendars" in the sub-menu. Alternatively, click "Selected calendars" and select the calendars you want to transfer to the iPod.
- 5). Click "Apply" and wait for iTunes to synchronize with your iPod. Click the box next to "Allow access for" in the pop-up dialog box to grant the iTunes program access to your Outlook program.
- 6). Click the dialog box's pull-down menu to choose a time limit for Outlook access, and click "Yes." Click "Controls" on the iTunes menu, click "Eject iPod" on the pull-down menu and remove the cable from the bottom of the iPod.
