How to Send WAV to Cell for Ringtone
- 1). Download and install a free WAV-to-MP3 audio converter. There are many basic programs to choose from, such as WAV to MP3 Encoder, Audio MP3 Converter and many more.
- 2). Locate the WAV file you wish to use as your ringtone. Open the downloaded audio converter and open the file with the program. Depending on the converting software you have chosen, the process will vary slightly; follow the prompts given by the program.
- 3). Save the file, which is now an MP3, in a location you can easily find.
- 1). Download and install a free ringtone creator. Choices for free programs include Tonebee, CellSea, AVS Ringtone Maker, and dozens more.
