104 19
    • 1). Press the "Start" button on the bottom left side of your computer screen to display the Start menu. Click on "All Programs," point to "Accessories" and click on "Windows Explorer."

    • 2). Select the drive or folder on the left side of the Windows Explorer window that contains the cache files. If you aren't sure which drive contains the cache files, start with your "C" drive and then you may need to continue with the next steps for your other drives.

    • 3). Click the "Search" button on top of the Windows Explorer window. The "Search Companion" will open on the left side of the window. Click "All files and folders" from the search list.

    • 4). Type "cache" (without the quotation marks) in the "All or part of the file name" text box. Click the "Search" button at the bottom of the "Search Companion" to begin your search. It may take a few minutes to locate all of the cache files on the selected drive.

    • 5). Look at the found cache files that are displayed on the right side of Windows Explorer. You can now delete the cache files or perform another activity with them.
