NewsGator has many tools to help you find newsfeeds, and it makes subscribing easy in Internet Explorer, for example.
If the site or blog you want to add to your NewsGator subscriptions is open in your browser and you can already see the orange XML icon, the safest (and maybe fastest) way to add that subscription in NewsGator is still by hand, though.

To subscribe to an RSS feed in NewsGator:

• Click on the XML icon with the right mouse button in your browser.

• Select Copy Link Location from the menu.
  • In Internet Explorer, select Copy Shortcut or subscribe directly.
• Select NewsGator | Subscriptions from the NewsGator toolbar in Outlook.
• Click on Add.
• Select Add Feed....
• Press OK.
  • The copied URL of the RSS feed has been entered automatically.
