How to Modify the Default Global Address List
- 1). Start Microsoft Outlook.
- 2). Go to your address book by clicking on "Tools" and then selecting "Address book."
- 3). Click on "Tools" in the top menu bar and then select "Options" to open the address book options dialogue window.
- 4). Select the address list you want to be the default from the drop down list under "Show this address list first."
- 5). Remove an address from this list by highlighting it and clicking the remove button. Add an address by clicking on the add button.
- 6). Click "OK" to save your changes and close the dialogue window.
