Chamomile---Good Helper for Acne

And it will grow in a relatively wide pH range between 5.6 and 7.5; and in well draining, poor to average soil. Chamomile also delivers reliable carminative, antispasmodic, and mild sedative effects to the digestive system, making it useful in cases of indigestion, gas, or vomiting etc. Like all herbs that constrict uterine tissues, high concentration chamomile extracts may act as an abortifacient if used in excessive amounts during early pregnancy as well. Chamomile also has a relaxing effect that can calm the body and soothe the digestive system, promoting a good night's sleep. Nowadays, flowers are a valuable ingredient for making herbal teas. In this case, chamomile has gotten more and more popular since its effect. Chamomile tea can be sprayed on propagation flats to prevent damping off as well. It is also is good herbal remedies for acne.

In daily life, acne is a common skin problem for people, especially for teens. As a teen, some people are lucky enough to only get a few pimples here and there; on the other hand, unfortunately for other people, they are in very serious acne, and they are upset by it every day.
