How to Perform Disk Cleanup Over Multiple Accounts

    • 1). Click "Start" and "Log Off." Click the icon that has the word "Administrator" beneath it. Type in the account's password (if applicable) and click "Sign In." You are now logged into your computer's administrator account.

    • 2). Click "Start."

    • 3). Click "All Programs."

    • 4). Click "Accessories."

    • 5). Click "System Tools" and "Disk Cleanup." Click the "OK" button in the Disk Cleanup window. Click "Delete Files" to confirm that you would like to make this selection. The utility will now clean up the temporary and obsolete files for all user accounts on your machine.
