Corrupt contact.
Your computer name contains an apostrophe.
Your IP address is not being recognized by the mail server.
You try to connect to POP3 Exchange server, but it is not configured rightly for the SSL(Secure Socket Layer) authentication.
Mail service has no Delivery or Address Type.
Corrupt PST file of Microsoft Outlook application.
Resolution:
Follow the below stated steps:
Delete the corrupt Personal folder by following steps:
Go to Start >>Settings >>Control Panel.
Click twice on the Mail icon.
Select the Personal Folder, and then use Remove option and then select Yes.
Select Add >>Select Personal Folders. Enter a name for the folder, and then select Open, and OK two times.
Check whether the installation of MS-Outlook Express has been done correctly.
Follow the below steps to add the right mail transport to mail profile.
Go to Start >> Settings >> Control Panel.
Click the Mail icon.
Select Add, and install the mail transport service as per your choice. Select OK.
Enter the correct information as per mail transport request.
Remove the corrupt contact from the distribution list and recreate it.
Remove the apostrophe from your system name.
If error has occurred because of unrecognized IP address, then ensure that the mail you are sending is using the active connection of the mail server.
Check the settings for the non delivery or Address type.
If corrupt PST file is the problem, use inbuilt Inbox repair tool. Otherwise, use third-party Outlook PST repair tools to effectively repair PST file.
