Don't waste your time with crunches
Crunches will do less for your 6 pack than cardio or strength training or cardio will, so don't waste your time.
Contrary to popular belief training your midsection does not burn the fat in your midsection more than any other exercise.

Our bodies burn fat evenly and the amount of fat we burn depends entirely on how hard we are working.
Rather than doing crunches, which many people find discouraging, hard, and boring, focus on cardio, which gets you a runners high.

Focus on raising your thermic temperature
There is a correlation between your thermic temperature, and the amount of calories your body burns.
To burn a significant amount of calories try to raise your thermic level to the point that you start to sweat to regulate your body temperature.

Sweat often
Sweating burns calories by the dozens, and has the added benefit of cleansing your pores in the process, from the inside out.
Skin is your largest organ, and sweating is one of the bast ways to take care of it, so strive to sweat every time you workout! 5.
Get a Runners High
When you go for a good run, or any intense form of cardio, your body will begin to engage the pleasure receptors in your brain and start producing endorphin.
When endorphins are engaged your body is rewarding you for working out, and you will burn more calories, so you will get a 6 pack fast.
An intense cardio workout can rival sex in terms of endorphin production, so it should come as no surprise that I highly recommend it! Some of my favorite methods of cardio are running, skipping, spinning (stationary biking), mountain biking, and rowing.
