    Installing a new Shower Head

    • 1). Remove the old shower head. There is a threaded connection at the end of the tube close to the wall. Turn this connection counter-clockwise. Use the pliers on the shower head pipe where it threads to the pipe protruding from the wall to hold this pipe steady. Keep turning until the shower head comes off.

    • 2). Wrap teflon tape in a clockwise direction around the threads of the pipe that is still protruding from the wall.

    • 3). Hand thread on your new shower head turning it in a clockwise direction until it is snug. Wrap the towel around the fitting where the shower head threads to the wall pipe. Use your pliers or channel locks to tighten the connection approximately an extra 1/2 turn. The towel will prevent you from scratching the finish on your new shower head with the pliers. Test for leaks by turning on the water and inspecting the connection at the shower head.

Hold the mirror on the door in the location where you want it to hang. Level the top of the mirror by holding the level on the top of the mirror and adjusting it until the bubble is in the center of the level. Mark the corners of the mirror with the pencil. You can purchase any size mirror you like so long as it is not bigger than the door.

    • 2). Measure in from the corners on the top and bottom 2 inches and mark with pencil. Attach mirror clips by using drill and phillips bit. Attach screws through marks. Leave screws loose for now so the clips can be spun 360 degrees.

    • 3). Place the tube of adhesive, with the nozzle pointing away from the trigger, in the caulk gun. Cut the plastic nozzle to reveal a 1/4 to 3/8 inch hole. Squeeze trigger to apply adhesive generously to the back of the mirror.

    • 4). Put the mirror on the door in the place where you previously marked it. Spin the clips upward. seat the mirror in the bottom clips and press tight to the wall to ensure good contact with the adhesive. Spin the upper clips down over the mirror. Tighten the clip screws snug. Do not over-tighten.
