Factory Reset

• 1). Hold down the the setup key until it blinks twice.
  
  
• 2). Type in "981." If successful, the setup key will flash four times.
  
  
• 3). The remote is now reset to factory settings, and all Comcast's custom protocols have been removed.
  
  

OPS Reset

• 1). Hold down the the setup key until it blinks twice.
  
  
• 2). Type in "980." If entered correctly, the setup key will blink four times in rapid succession.
  
  
• 3). Check that the remote is now working. The OPS option resets the controller's programming, returning it to the state it was when you first took it out of the box.
