- The Dell D60 laptop is a sturdy, widescreen laptop computer that is geared toward business users. It was introduced in 2006 but was still in wide use as of October 2010. It offers Intel Core Duo processors and excellent security and wireless connectivity options, coupled with Dell's solid service and support.
