At these department stores, a personal shopper is a free service. The personal shopper can work with you just that one time to find items in the store that will look good on you, or the personal shopper can set aside items at the store, as they come in each season, that he or she thinks would fit you well. The personal shopper will then call you when there are items for you to try on. At some stores, the personal shopper may even mail you garments that he or she thinks you would like. If you don't like the pieces, you simply mail them back, whereas if you like them, your credit card will be charged.
