Essential oils can be used in a variety of ways to stop cellulite.
As a matter of fact, they are often found in many anti cellulite creams.
Take a look at the list of ingredients found on the back packaging and you will see that it contains at least one essential oil.
If you want to be rid of those cottage cheese thighs, here is a list of aromatherapy oils that can help.
Juniper Berry (Juniperus Communis) The juniper plant is a small, bushy shrub or tree that is usually 3 feet in height.
The cones, or berries are plucked from the branches to be dried and ground before distillation.
This oil has a fresh, rich-balsamic, woody-sweet and pine needle-like scent that is reminiscent of evergreen oils.
Juniper berries have been used for centuries as a diuretic and are excellent for relieving fluid retention.
Known for it's detoxifying and purifying ability, juniper berry essential oil increases vascular circulation, clears waste and promotes the excretion of toxins.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Rosmarinus Officinalis is an aromatic shrub characterized by scaly bark and dense, leathery needle-like leaves with tiny pale blue blossoms.

Geranium (Pelagonium Graveolens) Geranium is a hairy, perennial shrub that will stand up to about 3 feet tall.

Geranium essential oil has an aroma that is both sweet and herbaceous and additionally contains subtle notes similar to that of rose oil.
Geranium oil works by reducing fluid and alleviating tension.

Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) The grapefruit tree is a large tree with glossy leaves.
The branches contain white flowers with pale yellow fruit and pink flesh.
Grapefruit oil has a fresh, sweet citrus smell that is very characteristic of the fruit.
This oil can relieve congested and oily skin as well as have a toning effect on both skin and tissues.
Because of this, it is a good oil to stop cellulite.
Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin) Patchouli is a very fragrant herb with square stems and soft, oval leaves.
It can grow from 2-3 feet in height and possesses an unusual odor that is nonetheless distinctive of patchouli when the leaves are rubbed.
The scent of patchouli essential oil is a warm, earthy aroma with fresh fruit-like tones.
Patchouli regenerates skin cells and helps combat cellulite by reducing fluid retention and tightening saggy skin.
