Restore From Backup

• 1). Plug your iPod into your computer and wait for iTunes to open.

Re-Download App

• 1). Tap "App Store" on your iPod and select the application you want to re-download.
  
  
• 2). Click "Buy Now."
  
  
• 3). Enter your iTunes password. Make sure you are signing in with the same account you used when you made your original purchase.
  
  
• 4). Tap "OK" when your iPod prompts "You have already downloaded this item. To download it again for free, select OK."
