And that doesn't mean just get a new pair of shower curtains.
Now if you're a professional construction worker or a big fan of home improvement shows on cable television, maybe you're really excited at this point about this bathroom remodeling project.
But most men, myself included, would just like to find a good place to hide for a few months until this silly idea is forgotten.
After losing my job after 33 years with the same company, my wife and I decided to start our own internet business.
And when we were deciding what "niche" we were going to sell, those eight words jumped into my mind.
How could I get my bathroom remodeling project done without having to buy every power tool imaginable? And then it came to me.
Why not just redecorate the bathroom and not remodel it.
In the end, your bathroom comes out looking like brand new and you didn't have to rent a backhoe for the weekend to knock down any walls or dig up any plumbing.

The old saying, "a little paint can make a big difference" is really very true.
But why not add some decorative bath towels, a new shower curtains, some bath rugs, and a few bathroom accessories to go along with that paint.
We painted the walls a different color and scraped and repainted the white ceiling where the paint was starting to bubble and peel from all the steam.
By adding the look of polished chrome, oil rubbed bronze, polished brass, or satin nickel wall mounted bathroom accessories to a bath's décor, you can turn your old bath into a vision of elegance.
We decided to use the polished brass look, and with a screwdriver, a tape measurer, and a level we hung up some towel bars, a towel ring, a new tissue paper holder, and even a soap dish, toothbrush holder, and a glass cosmetic shelf.
Once I got started, I found it difficult to quit.
For the finishing touch we added a polished brass shower curtains rod by using the same tools I used when hanging the wall mounted bathroom accessories.
And for the topping on the cake, we (meaning my wife) picked out some beautiful cotton shower curtains to hang on our new shower curtains rod.
We (meaning me) finished the bathroom remodeling project in just under two days and when we (meaning my wife and I) stood back to look at our work, we felt like we were standing in a brand new bathroom.
I don't think that Bob Villa could have done any better.
And all of this can be done with basically just a screwdriver and not an entire tool chest full of tools, and the bathroom remodeling project is completed in less than 48 hours.
And when you are finished, your bath will have that bathroom remodeling look without knocking out any walls, replacing any windows, or having to pay for any hospital emergency visits for yourself.
All it took was some new bathroom accessories, two cans of paint, and a little patience.
