Some Luxurious Foods to Consume in Candida Diet

Let's take a break and see what we can eat as luxurious foods to include in our candida diet list.
The first two items my friend is offering is home, fresh French fries and fennel.
Fennel is sweet tasting and must be eaten raw in order to take affect, although the oil you use for frying fries may open up a whole different can of worms.
My friend wants more suggestion in this kind of foods that can be eaten and won't kill us, the candida sufferers.
I actually love opening that whole different can of worms.
My absolutely favorite veggie is fennel, which sliced thin and sauteed in olive oil until it is good and squishy.
Then, you throw in a little salt and pepper and you have the best healthy dish this side of heaven.
I don't eat potatoes, but I eat celery root.
In my opinion, it is such a great alternative, for it is not high in sugar while still being a root veggie.
Peeling this is the hardest part.
Then, chop it into smaller chunks, steam, and put in food processor with sauteed onion, salt, and pepper.
You can also add some soy milk to it, too.
In addition, I also love yellow squash added to an onion that has been sauteed in butter or olive oil.
Add a bit of water, cover, and then add salt and pepper before serving.
These veggies are so yummy that I could easily forget to eat protein.
Of course it is not for those who are in a strict diet and not to be consumed often.
