Other foods - Fat free, plain yogurt, steel cut oats and broth based soups are also foods that speed up your metabolism.
Water and green tea should also be on your list.
They are not foods, but they will assist your body in digesting your food properly and help get the nutrients to the cells of your body.
This is just a partial list of the foods that speed up your metabolism.
The key is not to add fat or sugar to these foods.
Breading, deep frying or sugar coating any of these foods will destroy the metabolism boosting properties they contain and make them worthless for you weight loss efforts.
