How to Remove a Quarantine Item With Symantec
- 1). Launch your Norton antivirus application. Click "Reports" in the left navigation panel.
- 2). Click "View Norton Quarantined and Restore." Select the risk option that fits the file you want to remove. Locate the file in the right-hand panel. Click the file to select it.
- 3). Click "Delete Item." Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to remove the item from quarantine. Close the Quarantine window. Exit your Norton application.
