Gameplay

• The gameplay for NBA varied across different platforms. The versions on the previous-generation systems (Xbox, Gamecube and PlayStation 2) had more game modes than those on the Xbox 360. Dynasty mode, the Slam Dunk Contest and Superstar moves were all taken out of this version of the game. Lacking these playing modes hurt the final reviews of the game. IGN for example scored the Xbox 360 version with a 5.9 while the PC, Xbox, Gamecube and PlayStation versions were each given a 9.
