3 Biggest Fears You Can Easily Win

101 283
Fear keeps too many amazing ideas from coming to fruition and some people always fail no matter how hard they try. There is something in their mind and it keeps them from success. It's their fears. Some people know but they don't know how to make it stop and some people don't. Thus, the first thing you must do is determine your fears and move into action.

It's important to know that the most successful people in the world experience fear just like you do. The only difference is that they have learned to recognize their fears and move forward in spite of it.

How did they do that? From experiencing failure! Failure is a necessary stepping stone to success; without failures we have nothing to learn from :)

So my job here is to help you to identify and neutralize your fears. These three fears seem to be the most common.

1. Losing hope:

You fear of losing hope. As long as you have hope, your dreams will come to life, you feel more optimistic about the future.

So, you keep your ideas tucked safely away in the recesses of your mind, where they can't fail. If you fail, all hope is gone, and that's even more frightening.

But really, really, is that true?

Is every promise of a fulfilling future eliminated if your concept fails?

NO!

There will always another way of doing things.

Listen to me now, you must release your ideas from their internal prison, allow your creativity to flow, gather information from your missteps, and your hope will grow into satisfaction and success.

2. Judgment

What will others think if I fail?

Have you ever asked yourself that question before?

If you did, well, it's normal. But you have to change yourself, from now on, never never ask yourself that stupid question again.

Why?

Because there is no such thing as failure if you persevere, only the opportunity to learn and grow.

3. Not keeping up

How about the fear of not keeping up?

I'm going to tell you a story.

There is an amateur golfer whose goal was to break 80 on the course. Although he had been golfing for many years, he had never done it. And he made every excuse to not do it: He thought he was too old to do it; he thought he had a bad knee. These excuses were all signs that he was afraid of succeeding in his goal. What we discovered was a self-limiting belief that if he broke 80 once, he would have to do it every single week, or his golfing buddies would never let him live it down. Wow, what pressure! But with a single session of EFT tapping (the Emotional Freedom Techniques), this golfer lets go of his self-imposed limitations, broke 80, and still enjoys his game, regardless of his score.

You can have success but only if you let go of your fears. The first step is to identify them. Remember, fear is more dangerous than failure because it makes you fail until you stop it.

What are the perceived negative consequences of success? Typically, your fear is based on a false belief, not a reality. Put it into perspective simply by asking yourself, Is this really, honestly going to happen, or am I just afraid that it will?  Then test the waters, one step at a time.

When I ask you "What are your biggest fears?" and I want you to identify them then find a way or even some ways to fix it. But you must understand, your fear must relate to your goal. If you fear of heights, and your dream is to become a pilot. In that case, you have to fix your fear. But if you want to become a scientist, so you don't have to care about it. Have you got it?

So, what are your biggest fears? Do you let them stop you or find ways to stop it or make things happen in spite of it.
