Naruto Games for the Gamecube
- Naruto follows the adventures of Naruto Uzumaki, a young man who trains to be a master ninja whilst dealing with the threat of a group called Akatsuki.
The Clash of Ninja games are fighting games with 3D cel-shaded graphics to imitate the look of traditional cel animation. The major modes in the games are the story mode, which reenacts events from the anime and manga, and the multiplayer mode, where one to four players battle one another simultaneously. - The first Naruto: Clash of Ninja game was released in Japan on April 11, 2003 and in North America on March 7, 2006. The game has only eight characters to choose from and features one-on-one battles in both story mode and the versus mode, which is limited to two players.
- Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 was released in Japan on December 4, 2003 and in North America on September 26, 2006, and contains additional features to improve on the original game. The game contains 23 playable characters, some of whom are hidden or unlockable, and features 14 game modes like single player mode, story mode and training mode. Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 also introduces a free-for-all multiplayer mode that supports four players.
- The first Japan-exclusive installment in the series, Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen! 3, was released on December 30, 2004 and contains 29 characters, some of whom must be unlocked using money earned by playing the game's single-player story mode or multiplayer mode. The video game also contains arcade and survival modes.
- Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen! 4, released exclusively in Japan on November 21, 2005, features a single-player story mode, a time attack mode, story attack, and a practice mode, along with a three-character tag mode. The game features 39 playable characters, who must be unlocked by playing through the game's story mode.
