Easy Male Workouts to Keep You Fit

Every man wants to look like a million bucks to impress the ladies, but we are just as likely to make an excuse that we don't have enough time as we to get into the gym and get a good workout.
There are a lot more benefits to working out than just a good body, so the excuses need to stop and the sweat needs to start.
Male workouts do not have to be time consuming or particularly hard to be effective.
When you find that your time is limited, you can still get a complete body workout in as little as three days as compared to the usual 7 day cycle.
Let's face it, it really doesn't matter what you do for a living, the way things are going these days, extra time for things like working out is a luxury and you have to fit the most into what you have available.
You can get a full workout in as little as three days if you do it right.
As long as you do focused exercises, you will find that you are able to keep that great looking body without having to go to the gym every day.
However, since you are only doing a three day workout, you are not going to have the luxury of being able to miss a day if you want it to be effective.
  • 1st Workout Day - 30 minutes of cardio, abs, triceps and biceps
  • 2nd Workout Day - 30 minutes of cardio, legs, shoulders and abs
  • 3rd Workout Day - 30 minutes of cardio, back, check and abs
  • 4 days of rest to be spread throughout the week
You will notice that cardio and abs MUST be done every day.
You are going to have to keep that core strong and your cardio is extremely important.
You can switch up by doing biking, tread climber and then running on different days, just make sure you get that 30 minutes in.
