    • 1). Turn off the water flowing to the faucet by twisting both handles located under the sink clockwise until they stop. Turn on the faucet to test that the flow of water has ceased and to drain the leftover water from the water supply lines.

    • 2). Loosen the connections between the water supply lines and the underside of the faucet with an adjustable wrench. Clamp a basin wrench on the nut that attaches to the middle portion of the underside of the faucet.

    • 3). Twist the nut counterclockwise with the basin wrench, unthreading it from the faucet. Remove the other nuts on the underside of the faucet using the basin wrench to turn them counterclockwise.

    • 4). Pull up on the faucet assembly to remove it from the holes in the counter. Slide the flange off the middle portion of the faucet, or remove it from the middle hole in the counter. Slide a replacement flange onto the center portion of the faucet, and reassemble the faucet in the reverse order you took it apart.
