How to Apply for Housing Assistance in Riverside, California
- 1). Go to the website of the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside. Highlight the "Program" link from the top menu and click on "How to Apply."
- 2). Click on the link labeled "download the form" for a printable application. Alternatively, click on the "apply online" link to fill out the application and submit it electronically. If you have any difficulty with the electronic applications, call the department to request a paper application.
- 3). Print your full name, contact information and Social Security number in the spaces provided. Below this, circle either "Yes" or "No" to the series of questions. This list includes questions such as "Are you currently homeless?" and "Does your household require a handicapped accessible unit?"
