federal tax ID number, certificate of registration or incorporation or partnership agreement. - 2). Request a letter from your bank showing that you have a business account with them, or a statement from that account.

You must also provide proof of funds to make this investment such as a personal financial statement of letter of financing confirmation from your bank.
- 6). Print out a copy of the IATAN application (see resources) if you plan to mail out your application. Fill out all applicable sections. Some sections are for managerial and other applicants. Only fill out the relevant sections.
- 7). Fax the completed form, $30 payment and copied documents to (514) 868-8858 or mail them to 703 Waterford Way, Suite 600, Miami, FL, USA 33126. You can also apply directly online (see resources) and pay only $25.
