All you need to see is more than one little tadpole swimming on the screen.
At this time, the doctor or sonographer may also detect two heartbeats.
You can also have tests (blood and/or urine) that measure the certain levels such as the HcG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) hormone level OR to have a AFP (Alphafetoprotein) screening.
