What it is is "A fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may SOLVE their common problem and HELP others to recover from alcoholism"

The "Thoughts of the Day" are from members of various 12 step programs. Some will are A.A., some Al-Anon, and some Adult Children of Alcoholics.
