How to Send Money to Australian Friends
- 1). Log on to a money wiring website such as Western Union, Pay Pal or MoneyGram.
- 2). Select where you are sending the money from (state and country).
- 3). Indicate the city in Australia where you are sending the money.
- 4). Determine the type of transfer service you wish to use. You may send money to an agent location in Australia, have the money delivered directly to the recipient or deposit money directly into the recipient's bank account.
- 5). Create a user ID and password.
- 6). Indicate the name and address of the person to receive the money. Some sites, such as Western Union, require a secret question developed by the sender that the recipient must answer upon receipt of the money.
- 7). Choose your method of payment. These sites allow credit card transfers or direct transfers of cash from bank accounts.
