How to Make Your Own Laptop Stand
- 1). Measure the length and width of your mesh document holder and cut three strips from your anti-slip liner: two long-sides and one short. Make the width for each strip about two inches.
- 2). Lay your document holder on its side so that it is elevated on one end. Using your double-sided tape, tape down the three strips to your edges, putting the short strip at the top of the stand.
- 3). Cut your self-adhesive foam into two blocks (big enough to support your laptop's weight) or to the width of your document holder. Peel off the backing and stick to the bottom edge of your holder. This is what you will use to rest your laptop.
