- The Power Carver is a reciprocating carving tool that's made with an aluminum cast body and powered by an 80-watt ball bearing motor. It comes standard with five blades that can carve even the toughest woods. It is also vibration-free, allowing woodcarvers to direct it precisely the way they want. Its motor is capable of producing 10,000 vibrations per minute, and its blades are designed to cut in a precise manner, leaving a smooth surface on the wood. It comes with a 6-foot grounded cord for maneuverability, a rear on/off switch, a hanger equipped with the motor and two spanner wrenches.
- The Power Carving Kit comes with a two-way action: a rotary action and a reciprocating action. It has a motor that can be set with variable speeds, allowing more flexibility and control. It comes standard with a 1/8-inch collet with shaft to easily change bits and burrs, a hanger or folding bail to hang the unit, and a separate on/off switch. This kit also includes two diamond burrs, five pieces of detailing burrs, two straight chisels, and three other chisel types. It also includes a shaft adapter nut and a hand piece wrench and a case for the unit and all its accessories.
- This flexible shaft power carver comes with a 120-volt 1/4 horsepower 20,000 rpm motor, a rotary hand piece, a foot-control pedal, a tool hanger, a hand wrench and three collets. Its engine also comes standard with a variable speed control and a reversible setting, allowing left-handed carvers to use it easily. It also comes with a non-lubricated 42-inch shaft, allowing easy maintenance and greater maneuverability. Another good feature of this flexible shaft carver is it can be fitted with most types of bits and burrs, giving the carver the ability to use it on finishing jobs and hard to reach areas.
- This carver is equipped with a variable speed 1/3 horsepower TX motor that is capable of producing 15,000 rpm and a high torque speed on all settings; however, this motor doesn't have a reverse setting option. Its kit comes with a foot pedal, three collets, a 12-piece accessory kit, a wrench, shaft grease, and several brushes. It can also be fitted with different sizes of Foredom hand pieces and comes with an instructional DVD.
