Best Way To Lose Weight - Eating To Lose Weight Fast

Sounds like a contradiction doesn't it...
aren't you meant to stop eating in order to lose weight? Well that's exactly what the majority of people believe because that's what everyone's been told for decades.
Thank goodness for scientific research and technology we are now discovering that some of the old beliefs about dieting are being proven wrong.
Many people still struggle with weight problems and are forever seeking the best way to lose weight.
It's true your metabolism doesn't burn calories as efficiently as it did when you were in your teens or 20's.
However what many people aren't aware of is the fact there are certain things you can do to counteract this as you get older.
In other words there are ways to keep your metabolism operating more efficiently well into your 40's & 50's so that you can continue to burn off those excess calories, keep trim and at the same time add some lean muscle mass to your body.
Eating Your Way To A Trimmer Body I recently came across an article which literally said eating your way to a trimmer, leaner body and at the same time lose 24lbs in six weeks.
Now having a weight problem myself I thought this was interesting.
The bottom line was...
everyone is different...
everyone has a different metabolism and as you age you need to adapt your eating habits to meet the changing needs of your body.
A good example of this is...
when your younger your body tends to use carbohydrates more efficiently ( for energy) and so a diet with plenty of carbs is not a major.
However as you get older you may need to cut back on your carbs ( which also releases insulin ) which can help increase fat levels and include more proteins...
now this is just one of many factors to consider and something that I would never have been aware of had I not read this article.
Genetics Is No Longer An Excuse Apparently the excuse about genetics doesn't hold water anymore.
This method of eating to lose weight dispels all that, as this will work no matter what your genetic make-up is.
The method advocates certain foods which can actually rejuvenate and stimulate your metabolic rate, likewise eating the wrong foods can actually stop your metabolism from working.
So the question on my mind after reading this was...
OK so what foods do I eat, how much of them and at what time of the day? The second question was, so what foods do I need to avoid given my age and current weight.
So this method is not about crash dieting fads, it's about identifying what body type you have and eating the right foods for your body type which is going to keep your metabolism burning off those excessive calories and at the same time maintaining lean muscle mass.
I thought if I could achieve this, it would be a dream come true.
Looking Good Feeling Good I would look and feel good, have the energy to keep up with family and friends.
I could start going to the gym, take longer walks or runs and get involved in sporting activities I would love to do.
Looking good and feeling good, that's me.
Out with the old and in with the new.
