How to Build a Ladder Ball
- 1). Cut the PVC into 20 16-inch-long pieces. Cut the remaining PVC pipes into 10 36-inch-long pieces.
- 2). Paint two of the 36-inch pieces red and two of them blue. Wait for the paint to dry before assembling.
- 3). Paint six of the golf balls green and six of them yellow. Let them dry before drilling holes.
- 1). Connect elbow connectors to both ends of the 36-inch blue PVC pipes.
- 2). Connect the uprights of two T connectors to both ends of the 36-inch red PVC pipes.
- 3). Connect the uprights of two T connectors to both ends of two 36-inch white PVC pipes.
- 4). Connect the PVC connectors on the blue, red and white PVC pipe with pieces of 16-inch PVC. Use one of each color for each ladder, creating two game pieces.
- 5). Connect elbow connectors to both ends of the remaining 36-inch pieces of PVC pipe. This forms the leg braces for the base of the two game pieces.
- 6). Connect two 16-inch pieces with a T connector so the two pieces form one 32-inch piece. Do this three more times to form the legs of the two game pieces.
- 7). Connect the leg braces to the legs to form a rectangle with T connectors in the middle and the upright of the T pointing up. This forms the base for the ladders.
- 8). Connect the previously constructed ladders to the upright T connectors on the base. The ladders for ladder golf are now complete.
- 1). Drill a 1/4-inch hole in each golf ball. Start the drill slowly and speed it up once you get through the outer skin of the golf ball.
- 2). Cut the nylon rope into 20-inch pieces with a pair of scissors.
- 3). Thread the rope through the golf balls and put a knot in each end of the rope so the golf ball will stay on.
