    • 1). Create your PageMaker document and import your text. Go to the "File" menu and click "Place." This opens a browser where you can choose your text file. Select the text file and click the "Open" button. This changes the cursor to a mini text document icon. Click on the place in your document you wish to place the text, and then draw the text box to fill the area. The text will flow into the box.

    • 2). Go back to the "File" menu and click "Place" again. In the browser, select the image you want to place in your document. Click the "Open" button. The cursor turns into a right-angled gray box indicating you are placing a graphic. Click the cursor in the document and draw the graphic box. The image will fill the graphic box. Go to the "Element" menu and click "Text Wrap" and select the method you want to use to make the text wrap around the image. Repeat the process to get a second image and to create a text wrap.

    • 3). Shift-click the two images and go to the "Element" menu. Click the "Group" selection to bind the two images together in relation to each other. Move the grouped images to the area of your document where you want them.

    • 4). Go back to the "Element" menu and click the "Lock Position" option. This freezes the grouped images in the position on the page you want them. This anchors the images to the page. You will not be able to move them again unless you go back to the "Element" menu and select the "Unlock" choice.
