How to Evaluate iPhone 3G
- 1). Make a series of phone calls with your iPhone 3G. Record how often phone calls are dropped or if it is hard to hear the other individual. If you are dropping a lot of calls you may want to count this against the phone and AT&T (the phone provider).
- 2). Press the "Safari" button on the iPhone to launch the Internet. Compare the speed of Internet access to other phones you have used.
- 3). Look into the connection speed of your Internet and how quickly it loads pages. If the pages load faster then other phones you can count this for the phone.
- 4). Determine if you like the touchscreen interface. You may need some time to adapt the the touchscreen. Take a week or so to grow use to the touch screen keyboard on the iPhone before rating it. Most things seem odd and hard to use when first being used.
- 5). Download applications from the iTunes store and add the programs to your phone. Also add music. Decide if having these extra features are worth the price of the phone.
