Now, try breathing from your stomach with deep and even breaths.
Breath slowly and surely with your stomach expanding when you breath in and contracting when you go out.
How do you feel when you breath like this? Do you still feel panicked or do you feel calm and relaxed? Learning to control your breathing is a great way of feeling more relaxed and calmer in any situation.
It's a very simple technique but one that is highly effective.
If you breath from your stomach like this it is physiologically impossible for you to feel frightened.
