How to Disconnect Users From Excel Spreadsheets
- 1). Click on the "Review" tab in the Office ribbon.
- 2). Click on "Share Workbook" in the Changes group.
- 3). Click on the "Editing" tab in the Share Workbook pop-up box.
- 4). Review the list of users in the "Who has this Workbook Open Now" list.
- 5). Choose the name of the user and click on the "Remove User" button at the bottom of the pop-up box.
