In order to perform the kegel you should squeeze the PC muscle.
This is the exact same muscle you squeeze when you are trying to stop yourself from peeing.
Initially you may find it difficult to hold this squeeze correctly for longer than a few seconds.
But as your pubic muscles get stronger, the exercise will become easier.
To start yourself off, I would suggest holding each Kegel "squeeze" for 10 seconds and complete 10 sets of this in total.
Gradually increase the amount of time you hold each kegel until you are able to hold the PC muscle for 30-60 seconds.
Although most other penis enlargement exercises will help to increase both the length and girth of your manhood, the Kegel is absolutely essential in helping you overcome erectile dysfunction/impotency, it can also solve premature ejaculation and it will eventually make you a better lover!
