How to Make a Thick Paracord Bracelet
- 1). Fold the piece of paracord in half.
- 2). Insert the folded loop part of the paracord through the hole in the bottom of the clasp.
- 3). Pull the paracord through the clasp by several inches. Insert the two loose ends of the paracord through the loop, and pull them firmly until the paracord is securely attached to the clasp. At this point you should have two loose lengths of paracord dangling from the clasp.
- 4). Measure your wrist. Mark this measurement directly onto the paracord -- measuring from the clasp down the two loose lengths of paracord. Thread the buckle onto the two loose pieces of paracord, and push it upwards until it touches this mark.
- 5). Rotate the paracord so that the buckle is furthest away from you and the four strands are coming vertically towards you. The two loose strands of paracord should be positioned on the outside.
- 6). Cut a piece of duct tape, and affix the buckle onto your work space.
- 7). Lift the loose paracord on the left under the two middle paracords and over the right loose paracord. Lift the loose paracord on the right over the two middle paracords and insert it through the loop formed by the left paracord. Pull both ends of the loose paracords.
- 8). Lift the loose paracord on the right under the two middle paracords and over the left loose paracord. Lift the paracord on the left over the two middle paracords and through the middle of the loop formed by the right paracord. Pull the ends of both paracord firmly.
- 9). Continue Steps 7 and 8 until you have knotted the entire length of paracord bracelet.

Cut off any loose paracord with the scissors, but leave a small piece either side so that it can be tucked back into the bracelet. Hold the loose ends of paracord in the lighter flame for 3 seconds. Allow them to cool for a minute, and then tuck them back into the last knot in the bracelet.
