How to Balance a Kenmore HE2 Plus Washer
- 1). Push down on one side of the Kenmore HE2 washer and then the other to see if the washer rocks or moves.
- 2). Adjust each washer foot as needed until each one is in firm contact with the flooring to balance the washer properly.
- 3). Use a 14 mm open-end wrench to tighten the nuts on the washer feet against the bottom of the washing machine.
- 4). Insert a 3/4-inch piece of plywood underneath the Kenmore washing machine if the floor bends under the weight of the washer or there is still vibration during use after securing the washer feet.
- 5). Mix together different fabric sizes during each load and do not overload the washing machine to help keep each load balanced and the basket centered during use.
