How to Hyperlink an Email Address in Word
- 1). Type the email address in your Microsoft Word document.
- 2). Type the punctuation mark that you want to follow the email address, if desired. Skip this step if you don't need any punctuation after the email address. For example, if you're writing the email address at the end of a sentence, you can type a period at the end of the address, and Word will not hyperlink it along with the email address.
- 3). Type a space. Word will automatically hyperlink the email address.
