Are You Painfully Embarrassed When Asked, "Got Man Boobs?"

Feeling Emasculated? The milk commercial slogan, "Got Milk?" is really funny.
But when you're a guy like me, and someone asks you, "Got man boobs?" it really sucks! Why? Men are supposed to be macho.
God forbid we should show even a hint of femininity! If you've got man boobs, you're either dying of humiliation, terrified to take your shirt off (at the beach and or in the bedroom), or furious with Mother Nature for making you feel emasculated.
What's wrong? Why can't you get rid of your man boobs? If you've got man boobs, there's a 90% chance that it's because you're overweight or over fat.
Medical experts agree that most men with this problem are sedentary and follow a poor diet.
OK.
I can swallow that.
But what about the other 10%? Well, unfortunately, nothing less than surgical procedures will help them.
Hopefully, you're not in that 10%, so let's take a good look at some things you can do if you've got man boobs and want your manhood back.
Take Your Manhood Back! Losing man boobs is easier than you think.
But hold on - a lot of people think they can lose weight in one area of the body.
Sorry - not happening.
Weight loss happens overall.
Fat deposits everywhere on your body and based on genetics, men are susceptible to gaining fat in certain areas more so than others - just like women.
Some women have a genetic predisposition to gaining weight in the hips, while other women have a genetic predisposition to gaining weight in the stomach.
Most men tend to gain weight in the stomach while others tend to get man boobs.
Here are 4 tips guaranteed to get your manhood back if you've got man boobs.
1)Cut Back on Fat - The first thing you need to do to take your manhood back is cut back on fat.
You are what you eat, so if 50% of your dietary intake is fat, then guess what? You will be fat.
The RDA currently recommends 33% of your diet should be composed of fat.
But I disagree.
If you've got man boobs, I strongly recommend 20% - 25% daily fat intake maximum.
2)Cardio Is The Ultimate Fat Burner - Forget all the gimmicks! Nothing burns fat better than a good 30 minute run on a treadmill.
Can't run? That's alright.
All you need to do is set your incline higher so that your workout is more intense.
When one of my clients had man boobs, we started on an incline of 3.
5 and at a speed of 3.
0.
He wasn't a runner so we gradually worked his incline up to 10.
0 and his speed to 4.
0.
He never like to go more than 4.
2, so as an alternative we increased the duration of his cardio to 45 minutes.
3)Cut Out Sugar and Refined Carbohydrates - All carbohydrates are not created equally.
People totally misunderstand what it means to "cut carbs.
" If you've got man boobs, you'll want to cut out sugar and refined carbohydrates like white flour products.
Why? Because they turn to fat in your system.
4)Start Working Out With Free Weights - Nothing burns fat like muscle.
Find a personal trainer so you don't injure yourself and ask him to show you how to use free weights.
My personal favorite free weight exercises for getting rid of man boobs are the pectoral fly and the bench press.
