How to Do Eyeshadow Highlighting on the Brow
- 1). Apply a thin, but even, layer of pressed powder over the entire eyelid as well as beneath it. The powder will create a canvas that won't crease or rub away easily and will also make the eyeshadow easier to blend.
- 2). Rub a soft eyeshadow brush in a eyeshadow palette trio in the color that is the medium tone. Apply the medium toned eyeshadow across the lid from lash line to crease.
- 3). Apply the darkest of the three eyeshadow colors over the crease of the eye, fading away beneath the eyebrow. Pat your finger over the line where the two colors meet over the crease to blend them together.
- 4). Rub the lightest color of the eyeshadow beneath the brow bone to highlight it. Apply the color over the brow bone out toward the temples and on the inner corner of the lower lids.
